Hello, I’m Emily
I'm Emily Bodner, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and for the past two decades, I've split my time between Wyoming and Alaska. Now rooted in Jackson, I find joy in raising my family surrounded by the natural beauty and outdoor adventures this area offers.
With over 14 years of experience in nursing and advanced nursing practice, my career has taken me from rural and level 2 hospitals to specializing in community mental health care. This journey has equipped me with invaluable insights that I bring to my practice every day.
As a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I prioritize individualized, patient-centered care. I believe in treating mental health holistically, developing evidence-based treatment plans that integrate medication management, psychotherapy, and mindfulness techniques to foster long-term wellness.
My practice spans all age groups, and as a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health-Certified Nurse Practitioner), I have a particular focus on women's mental health and medication management during the peri and post-partum periods. My passion lies in empowering patients to achieve mental wellness through personalized and compassionate care.
Hi, I’m Kate
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master’s from Duke University. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and trauma. My holistic approach integrates medication management with lifestyle factors like nutrition, exercise, supplementation, and therapy. I prioritize patient-centered care—including thoughtful deprescribing when appropriate. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where healing can begin. I consider it an honor to support others in their mental health journeys, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
